Paul and I went for a short run near the beginning of this year, during one of those unseasonably warm winter days. I'm not sure how far we went (it couldn't have been much more than 3 miles) or even what month it was.
Other than that one instance, I have been logging my daily mileage on an 8.5 x 11 calendar at work. Assuming the numbers for April are correct (I didn't start keeping track until May and had to try and piece April together), my mileage by month is as follows:
Or in graphical form:
This is no longer a game. August is going to be rough.

lol... i'm fresh from a 14.5 mile run in the sweltering heat entirely too embarrassed to let you know my time...
fortunately i never had a big problem w/ chaffing and my body glide has sat idly by yearning for some lovin... i should have mailed you mine. i'm pretty sure i only used it once...
my gf hooked me up w/ her fuel belt which i tried on my long run today... it's that cool thing that holds two pods of liquids and a mesh pocket for such energy gels and keys... pretty good gadget although it felt heavy when i first started and the liquid pods were full... not sure i'll be wearing it for the actual marathon itself (when there's water stations galore) but having liquids on hand during my solo run turned out to be the difference between my finishing today and quitting early to walk the rest of the distance home...
i underestimated my distance when i measured it out last night... hopefully we're game for a 10 miler this sat. man, i'm lookin forward to the "break" in mileage... :) how sick is that...
